The Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Madras has started inviting applications for its two-year Online MBA programme in Digital Maritime and Supply Chain, tailored for professionals and entrepreneurs aiming to boost their careers. The programme offers flexibility, allowing participants to complete it within four years, with a course fee of Rs 9 lakh.
Eligible candidates may receive scholarships covering up to 50 percent of the fee. The application deadline is September 19, and interested candidates can apply via the official IIT Madras website.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
Applicants must hold a bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) with a minimum of 55 percent marks or possess professional qualifications such as CA, CS, or ICWA. Additionally, at least two years of full-time work experience is required as of June 15, 2024.
PROGRAMME STRUCTURE
Courses: 20 core courses, 12 electives, and 7 project-based modules focused on digital transformation
Credits: A total of 192 credits spread over eight quarters
Delivery: Mainly online, with sessions held on evenings or weekends, supplemented by on-campus immersion
Participants can also choose to earn a postgraduate diploma after completing the first year
ADMISSION PROCESS
Selection involves the IIT Madras Admission Test (IAT), a 90-minute online exam, or a valid CAT, GMAT, or GRE score (from the past five years). Shortlisted candidates will proceed to a personal interview.
